You’ve picked your dream venue, chosen the perfect menu, and now you're just waiting for cousin Jake to finally tell you if he’s bringing a plus-one.

Here’s how to get those RSVPs in without losing your sanity:

Make it foolproof – Online RSVP? QR code? Carrier pigeon? Just make it EASY.

Deadline = not optional – “Let us know by [date] or we’re sending Aunt Karen to track you down.”

Remind (with love) – A sweet “Hey, did you RSVP yet?” text never hurt anyone.

Make it FUN – Add some personality to your RSVP cards. Funny response options? Yes please.

Brides, a little tip when posting in wedding groups looking for vendors!

Instead of saying things like “budget-friendly” or “doesn’t cost an arm and a leg”, try being specific about what you’re willing to spend. Every couple’s budget is different, and those phrases don’t give vendors enough to go on.

By sharing your actual price range, you’ll save yourself time scrolling through tons of responses—and vendors can know right away if they’re a good fit. Win-win!
