I am always fascinated by shapes, forms, lines and excellence in design.
These volumes immediately captured my attention.
This was the final stop of a Miami Beach outing with in April, when the weather was still not extremely hot. We also captured details of the Miami Beach Convention Center that day.

This April, artists in the South Florida region have a unique opportunity to showcase their work in a juried group exhibition at the Coral Springs Museum of Art. Hosted in the Hall Gallery at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts, the exhibition revolves around the theme “ACHROMATIC,” exploring the world of Black + White.

One of my images will be on display at this exhibition.
I would like to cordially invite you to drop by and enjoy the work of many local artists united by the Achromatic theme.

Still enjoying . This time I made a laser transparency print of an old 35mm and exposed under bright sun for 10 minutes. Washed for 5 minutes and added some oxygen peroxide to intensify the blues. Then exposed to the sun for a couple of minutes to rescue the highlights. I am enjoying qute a bit this old techniques. Very difficult to control the exposure, but interesting nevertheless.

Art for the masses. An art fair before the pandemic. So sunny today, perfect for cyanotypes! I took 15 pictures from a fixed point to create movement in the people, then stacked all the images in PS as nd printed a negative transparency. Sensitized the paper and exposed natural light for 12 minutes. This is the oldest photographic process invented in 1842, later used for blueprints.
