Emma's official headshot. When visiting with Emma about her vision for her pageant headshot she said that she wanted to make sure she looks like herself. To me that is a very wise decision. I remember from when I judged local pageants, the committee would put together a handbook with each contestants bio and a copy of her headshot. When the girl walked into the room and the photo looked like someone else it just made me wonder why. Why would you not want to be you? Great hair, makeup, and photo editing should compliment you, not change you into someone you are not. So kudos to Emma for being confident in who she is. Such a natural beauty!!

A few shots from Emma's session. She did a great job modeling for the photos. If you have ever shot with me you know I love the non smiling photos too, I feel they express emotion just as much as the smiles. Not everyone is able to do them well. Emma can do it very well!
