Your guest count will dictate the size of the venues. More people equals needing a bigger space. Think about it this way, the more people you invite, the more food, dessert, favors, invitations, tables, chairs, and centerpieces youโll need. As someone who has gotten married and with experience in the wedding industry, I can tell you that everyone ALWAYS underestimates what a wedding will cost from beginning to end. Determine who you really NEED to be there for you and your fiance on your special day and go from there. Success starts with your guest list!
TIP 2:
๐ธ๐นInvest in your Photo, Video, or Content Creation team. These items are literally some of the only things you get to keep long after your wedding day. You will show family and friends your photos, videos, and you may be posting them online so you want to pick creatives who you know will deliver something youโll be happy to show off.

This team will be at your side for the majority of your day so picking a team who you can be honest with and feel comfortable around is crucial. Itโs awesome to have a team that gets your sense of humor ๐ and understands what is important to both of you. You should also have an open line of communication to be able to tell your photo and video team when youโre getting overwhelmed on your wedding day. If both of you are looking at this amount and going, โthatโs a bit more than I feel comfortable to spendโฆโ then you know itโs time to adjust those expectations so that you can spend closer to what you desire. You may even find that you want to spend more, itโs all for you to decide! Remember that you know yourself the best, so feel free to choose the priorities that work best for you when it comes to your vendors.
