More photos at this beautiful location!! These little boys were soooo adorable!!
I love what this family wore. I get asked all the time on colors… I love to edit warm but not too warm either… if you are asking me for advice on what to wear my best advice is to stay neutral. Clothes affect skin tones AND the overall color of the images too. It’s crazy how much clothing colors, temperatures of the day, sun/cloudy etc affect the overall feel to images. That’s where I become a total geek lol I could talk hours on this but that’ll bore you lol
There is also quite a bit of variety for photos at this location! On the way to all of the saguaros you have to walk past these large rocks!
I now have a few more sessions lined up to go here!

Words can not even describe how magical this ‘new’ location is to me. I tend to stick with in 30 mins of my home but I have seen photos done here for the last 3 years and have always wanted to go!! I had sessions all lined up for here but the day we were set to go the weather was awful! We had to reschedule and it was well worth the wait!! I photographed 2 mini sessions here and sharing the other family next bc I’m simply obsessed!!!

This place is truly magical!!! I can not wait to go back!!

Flagstaff was amazing!! It was so windy that day I had to find a protected spot from all that wind!! But we all had so much fun!! The next day my thighs were sore and I was like what in the world… I was thinking to myself why are my thighs sore and then I remembers I was literally hopping around the woods like a little frog making the kids laugh. Lol I’m so out of shape!

I absolutely adore doing photos in the ☀️!! I live for sunny days. ☀️ ☀️
This family was absolutely adorable! So excited for mama as she’s going to have another little one soon!! Big sis was so much fun to run around with and be silly! Y’all when I’m with little ones I’m crazy Ali. 😅 I get right in there and hop like a frog, make animal sounds, be silly with the kids… I usually go home wondering how I made a fool of myself in my session but whatever it takes to get those super cute natural smiles is worth it!

Yesterday we drove to Sedona for a family photoshoot. It was so much fun! I brought my family with too! We had severe thunderstorm warnings where we were at but thankfully it didn’t rain until we were driving home.

Hi!! It’s been a while since I’ve posted! I posted on fb the other day saying I was selling some camera gear and I got asked if I was still doing photos! YES!!! Of course I am!! I was just selling some gear I don’t use anymore and I have been so busy with real estate photography lately and helping realtors with their social media I haven’t made time to be active on my own Instagram. The juggling act is for real! Lol Anyway, YES I’m doing portraits! I have several sessions I’m working on right now too.
Here’s this super fun couple I worked with last weekend! We had lots of laughs during our shoot!

Sometimes you can’t reschedule photo shoots and you can’t control the weather…. I was very nervous bc it rained the entire drive up to the mountains but magic happened… we took photos in the rain and they came out so beautifully.
I have been photographing Alexa since she was 15 years old back in Wisconsin!! And now she’s a mama to be!! I feel so old! Isn’t she a beautiful mama!!!!
