This amazing rustic sphinx moth was outside in out backyard the other morning. They are large, nocturnal pollinators & are known for their camouflage, hovering flight, and a unique larval defense pose resembling the ancient Egyptian Great Sphinx. Some say that Spiritually they symbolize a deep transformation, intuition, shadow work, and hidden inner growth in your life. Fascinating in many ways!! They can get a wingspan of 3.5-6 inches. This guy was slightly larger than my palm

Wild and free, exactly as they were meant to be. Watching these horses thunder through the river was a reminder that there is something powerful about living untamed, trusting the current, and moving forward without hesitation.

Are you ready for some well..... IFL!!! Indoor football league. It was hectic, fast and seemed like a a quick game but fun to watch football game. The best part was we were right there for the action. When they get a touchdown, Oy better plug your ears because wowza that'll wake ya up
