Survivorship is hard. Going back to a “normal life” after a health scare isn’t easy. I will have good days but I’ll also have bad days. Tiredness, anxiety, depression, doctors appointments, it’s all there but I lack nothing. I wanted to back out of serving at Resonate conference and I’m happy I didn’t. It’s easier to isolate than to go out and be among people. I got to see people I don’t always see and be immersed in His presence. Army crawling to the Lord that’s what I’m doing.

I was rusty but here are some photos from Saturday. (I mindlessly deleted fridays photos 🥲). Also I don’t think I got hit with the confetti cannon but I also think I got blasted with the confetti canon 🤷🏿‍♀️. K love y’all byyeee.

It’s been a minute fam! I’m still here, and unfortunately I’ve been diagnosed with cancer. So it’s put me out the photography game. I know I can use it as an outlet but I’ve been in pain and tired I rather focus on resting than worry about taking photos. Although I miss it, I know I’ll return to it like I never left.
However I did want to take nice photos of this amazing wig made for me. Loosing my hair was very hard because it was part of who I was. And for some of you, you knew I had a lot of it lol. I showed her the style I wanted and told her the color scheme and the emerald wig was birthed. Lime green is the color for non-Hodgkin lymphoma. I’m so happy with it, when I first put it on I cried. To have something that brings back a familiarity is everything. Thank you Wu, I’m so appreciative.💚
