Presenting: Hog Wild and AMF Catering catering!

I recently had the pleasure of snapping a couple pics for Hog wild Catering at the Metal Museum Venue Showcase last Thursday.

Hog Wild - Real Memphis Barbeque is a longtime Memphis catering company specializing in Memphis-style barbecue, but they’re actually a little bigger and more interesting than the name makes them sound.

Hog Wild started in 1998, and later developed A Moveable Feast Catering as the more upscale/gourmet side of the business. The company describes it as essentially “one company, two names”: Hog Wild handles that classic Memphis BBQ identity, while AMF Catering - A Moveable Feast Catering expands into weddings, corporate events, cocktail parties, plated food, hors d’oeuvres, custom menus, etc.

First impressions, these chicken thigh sandwiches blew me away!!! Before you pick one up, don’t forget to ask for their house-made smoked pimento cheese spread.
