Soooo a little more than two years ago, I got this crazy idea that I was going to be a photographer but not just any kind of photographer, a newborn photographer.

Mind you, I didn’t know squat about photography and honestly wasn’t that great at it.

Some people said that it was a phase, a distraction to get me through a difficult loss.

But, that was even more motivation to invest in myself and put in the work to build skill.

Still, that wasn’t enough. I had to surrender to my emotions and put my heart into every shot. Anyone can take pictures, but the soul behind it makes it art.

Ask your photographer why they do what they do, and their response will tell you everything you need to know 🫶🏽🧡.
