Been asking myself lately what causes us to stress. This is one of the things that came to mind. The feeling of being all over the place and directionless is difficult manage at times.
Some of us may have a plan but because you want to do more than one thing the multi tasking of working on each goal/project can cause stress.
This is where we have to either deploy patients or make a decision to be laser focus on one thing at a time.
Making these tough decisions and sticking to the plan will definitely bring more peace to you mentally and potentially physically.
