The Bluff City is not only our home, but it’s one of the most haunted cities in the United States… from Earnestine & Hazel's, The Arcade Restaurant, Memphis' Oldest Cafe, The Orpheum Theater, The National Civil Rights Museum, and many more places… our city shows perseverance through troubling times.

This has been one of the most productive years for Castle Rock Paranormal Research since 2019.

All thanks to my amazing woman Nikki Caggiano for wanting to jump in on this journey with me when nobody else ever did.

So far in 2026 we’ve investigated Ruffin Theater of Covington, TN, Parker’s Crossroads Civil War Battlefield, Haunted Emmaus Asylum, The Arcade Restaurant, Memphis' Oldest Cafe, and The Womack Hotel… not to mention a very eerie experience in broad daylight at Earnestine & Hazel's in July… also a tour through The Bell Witch Cave

This field of paranormal research and investigations can get very tiring at times, especially when you don’t make any profit from it… but we do this because it’s truly our passion and myself personally has been doing this since 2014.

From 2019-2024 I was solo in the field. It didn’t bother me, but it also wasn’t what I wanted. Nikki gave me everything I was looking for when she came into my life.

Here are a few shots from our 2026 journeys so far… We have much more to come this year! Thank you to all of the teams that assisted us on this journey! You will always have a special place in our hearts!

This absolutely saddens my heart to the core. Not only have I been through Chemotherapy, full body radiation, and multiple other treatments to fight a disease that my doctors say is very rare… I was lucky enough to be young enough to fight it and keep fighting post transplant therapy to this day.

I would never wish cancer treatments on my worst enemy. I discovered the harsh reality of it at 20 years old. That is a hell that I will never wish upon anyone.

Dolly Parton at 80 years young… she knew her body could not fight it. She knew her time was near. Her presence will forever live on, not only in Tennessee, but throughout the world with the legacy that she left behind.

As a Bama fan… this isn’t easy to say, but I’ll do it for Dolly… Go rest high on Rocky Top! 🙏🙏 Your presence will always live in the Tennessee hills 🫡🪦💔🛘🌄

8 days later… although there’s no pain anymore and hasn’t been since last Sunday, this doesn’t seem like it’s even trying to heal.

I have never provoked on any investigation that I’ve been on. I simply just try to communicate with spirits on a human level because they are humans just without a physical body anymore.

Do I believe this was an attack? No. I believe it was an entity just simply trying to convey a message to us.

What that message is? I have an idea… but our review will shed more light on that once we are finished with it.

In 12 years of investigations I’ve never left a location with physical marks on my body. I do truly believe that spirits can sense my aura and know that I’m not there to cause any harm or negativity. Maybe this was just their way of reaching out to me… idk

However, The Womack Hotel is a place we certainly have to get back to again. We left with a lot of unanswered questions and I know I can pull those questions out of the spirits that still roam the halls of that place.

I never thought that a location would ever top the experiences I had during our two investigations of Wheeldon Manor, but The Womack Hotel did that with just one personal experience…

I was grabbed on my pant leg in the basement of Wheeldon and then growled at. Our laser grid on a tripod flew off of a shelf in the boiler room… not to mention many other significant experiences at Wheeldon.

However, in the past 12 years I’ve never left a location that left me with physical marks… until last Saturday night at The Womack Hotel in Missouri. This night not only proved to me that the paranormal is very real and unpredictable, but also proved to me to never let your guard down at any location that you investigate like I did this past weekend.

Don’t ever let me hear someone say that the paranormal isn’t real or doesn’t exist… if you truly believe that, then I’ll gladly offer you to come out with us for a night and determine that yourself.
