"Good morning thank you so much. You really changed my mindset of how my body looks I really struggled with that."

As women, we are often taught to constantly critique ourselves and believe our worth is tied to how closely we fit someone else’s standard. Loving your body is sometimes seen as vanity, while struggling with it can feel isolating and heavy.

That’s why creating this experience means so much to me. It’s about helping women see themselves through a different lens and reconnect with parts of themselves they may have forgotten.

"What can I say, this was one of the most fun experiences of my life! Shelly was AMAZING! The studio is beautiful and she makes you feel beautiful! As a larger person I was nervous but I promise you that will all disappear once you get started. There is such little body positivity in this world but not with Shelly! She even has a book for you to sign to help encourage others as they go through this experience. I did bring some outfits but Shelly picked out one of hers for me and those are honestly some of my favorites! I chose her studio because she has people all ages and sizes. Shelly gives you all the pre session instructions. The hardest part is choosing which photos you want in your book! I will definitely do this again!"
