🎂 50 years down. 51 begins today. 🌊

A thousand mile journey begins with one step — you never really know how far you can go until you go too far and come back changed. This past year I tried to live that on purpose.

🏄‍♂️ Paddled out at Jeffreys Bay, South Africa
🎯 Kept training & mentoring the next generation of Air Force Special Warfare operators
🍁 Shot a photo series through the Northeast during peak fall color
🌊 Chased big water in Puerto Rico
🇳🇮 Surf tripped through Nicaragua
🎬 Produced "Stay True" music video + the Human Weapon System campaign
🇹🇼🇯🇵 Documented history across Taiwan & Okinawa
🎤 Shot a press pass concert run with DENM, The Elevators & Slightly Stoopid

None of it was a solo trip. My wife and daughter held the shore the whole time so I always had somewhere to paddle back to. ❤️

🎬✨ **The final shot is almost in the can.

Wes Hufnagel and I were out on location....and Wes shared a little about the *Stay True* music video — what it meant to make it, what's coming with the album, and why we're ending it all at one of Melbourne's most iconic spots.

This **Thursday, June 11** we close out the *Stay True* shoot at **FM Pizza in the Eau Gallie Arts District** 🍕🎸 — and Wes will be performing **live from 4:30 to 7:30 PM**.

🌊 Some dreams are worth chasing!!!!

😴 A man falls asleep and finds himself still dreaming — but in this dream, he makes the call most of us never do. He tells his boss he won't be coming in. Because the swell is firing. And some things matter more.

🎬 What follows is Nicaragua — raw, beautiful, and unfiltered. No message. No voiceover. Just the ocean doing what it does.

🎵 "Blue Sky Mine" by Midnight Oil was chosen deliberately. A song about the cost of living inside a system that consumes you — and the quiet rebellion of choosing something else.

🤙 This film is about freedom. Expression. Resilience. And the life that exists on the other side of the decision most people never make.

For well over two decades in Special Operations, I operated at the highest levels and in some of the most extreme high-pressure environments known to man.
