Sunday (4/19/2026) my oldest grandson asked me to take him to Des Moines because he wanted to learn street photography. I didn't get a lot of pictures, but I sure had fun with him and watching him with the camera.

a few weeks ago, I had a friend ask me to do a family photo shoot which I of course said Yes. She really took me out of my comfort zone. I have never shot inside and let me tell you doing people is a lot different than animals and being out side. I learned that I do not have a big enough back drop stand. I learned that lighting really does matter when you are inside. I learned that YouTube really is my frined. I do know I have alot of practicing to do but I do appreciate her giving me this opportunity and believing in me
