This year is extra special as we celebrate 40 years of fireworks and the 250th anniversary of America—so we’re going bigger and louder than ever!
We’re talking homemade stew starting at 11 AM, live music, food trucks & vendors beginning at 4 PM! Whether you come hungry, or just looking to relax and enjoy the day, there’s something here for everyone.
Bring the kids, bring your friends, bring your lawn chairs—and get ready for a true hometown celebration. The day builds up to a spectacular fireworks show at dusk that you won’t want to miss.

Our drivers Chris Penick and Max Sangillo had an interesting afternoon at South Boston Speedway this past Saturday in the Hornets division race.. Chris P. qualified 3rd, Max S 6th. After a bit of shenanigans and a post race disqualification of another team, Max finishes 4th and Chris finishes 5th. Both drivers carried a decal honoring Msgt Edwin Richardson(Max S) and Tsgt Paul Cramer(Chris P).
