A Puffin in flight. In photography the capturing of Birds In Flight is shortened to BIFs. I never cared about photographing birds until I heard that term, then I was kind of hooked on the difficulty to catch a fast moving bird, while on a moving boat with a long zoom lense that greatly enhances shake. Puffins are pretty elusive, even when you go to the island they live on.

287 Days until Halloween. This was at Hammond Castle all decorated for the spooky season with the spirit of David Bowie! (or someone that looked just like him) entertaining us with tunes of macabre merriment for the Halloween Ball. If it's too early for Halloween images, sorry not sorry :)
