Well… big news. Our family is officially moving from Carlisle to the Richmond area. It’s bittersweet, because Carlisle has held so many beautiful people and moments for me behind the camera. I’ve loved getting to capture your families, your stories, your milestones.

But it’s time for a new chapter, and Richmond is where we feel called to plant our feet.

To all my Carlisle people: thank you for trusting me with your memories. I’m still here for sessions through January, so snag a spot.

But don’t worry - I’m not disappearing. I’m leaving a piece of my heart in Carlisle, so I’ll still be back regularly for seasonal sessions. It’ll just take a little extra planning (AKA: book early, friends). Richmond — I’m coming for you.

There’s just something about grown kids coming home and falling right back into the rhythm of their family. The inside jokes, the familiar hugs, the history that lives in every smile… it’s all right there. These sessions always remind me how deep and steady love can be.
