Purpose & Passion: L.R. Photography Portrait Photographer As a natural light photographer, my passion is catching real moments on camera and being able to share those moments with people.

I am a very sentimental person, and I think that’s partly why I love photography so much. I love capturing candid emotions and feelings in photographs. Photographs “stop time” and are memories that you can always come back to over the years. I believe everyone has gifts and a purpose here on this earth. My purpose is to love and serve people to the very best of my ability. I want to make people’s

lives a little more sweet with some photos they love of themselves and their loved ones. I am a people pleaser at the core and have a servant’s heart. I am also passionate about relationships. I love my family and a close group of friends, and the love of my life, Andrew.

It’s always a joy watching kids grow up in front of your camera! The Slack family has grown to 3 rambunctious boys so quickly! It was fun talking the differences between girls and boys and what we can probably expect here soon with J! Definitely had some more blurry photos with this bunch! 😂 But can’t wait to share all the perfect ones! ☺️

Wedding gallery sent off today! I always think of photo galleries as happy mail. Anybody else love getting mail/packages (not bills!)? I feel like photo gallery emails are of the same caliber. :) Also, depending on what package you choose, did you know I gift you a cute little wooden box engraved with your names that holds your USB of wedding photos, as well as a handful of 4x6 prints? I love blessing my clients and presenting their beautiful photos to them. You can always purchase prints through the online gallery store as well to hang up and stare at in your own home!

First wedding of 2026 in the books! Yesterday was a beautiful day all the way around! We got to see Reagan and Macy finally tie the knot! They did private vows beforehand 🥹 and the boys did a little fishing during their groomsmen photos! Haha They were surrounded by friends and family and Macy even pulled off a fun surprise for her firefighter (swipe to the end!). It’s been a blast capturing their relationship at the fire station, proposal at the Konza prairie, engagement pictures at Coronado Heights, and now wedding at Chrisman Manor in Oskaloosa! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Morse!
