Four years in a row! ❤️📸

For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family, and I can't even begin to tell you how much that means to me. Watching these kids grow year after year, capturing their smiles, and being trusted to preserve these memories is one of the things I love most about what I do.

But this year feels a little different. ❤️

This was my **first photo session since April**, and after everything I've been through these past six months, I am just so incredibly grateful that I am STILL HERE and able to do what I love.

I may look a little different this year, and I'm definitely not feeling 100% yet, but I'm still me. I'm still behind that camera, and I still have the same love for photography that I've always had.

I don't think this family realizes just how much this session meant to me. It was more than just taking pictures. It was a little piece of my normal life coming back. And goodness, did I miss it! 🥹

I'm hoping to feel well enough to get more of my wonderful families in front of my camera later next month. I miss you all so much!

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support me, trust me, and cheer me on through this journey. I truly can't wait to get back to doing what I love.

🍂📸 **FALL MINIS 2026 — WHO'S INTERESTED?** 🍁❤️

This year looks a little different for Ana Marie Photography. ❤️

As many of you know, I've been battling breast cancer, and while I'm not quite back to 100%, my heart still wants to get behind that camera and capture your beautiful families! 📸

With everything my body has been through this year, I'm going to have to do things a little differently.

🍁 **I'm looking at offering Fall Minis for ONLY TWO WEEKENDS this year!**

🍂 **October 10th & 11th (Saturday & Sunday)**

🍂 **October 17th & 18th (Saturday & Sunday)**

I may also have some weekday availability for those who need a little more flexibility!

📍 **Locations will be limited to:**
- Erwin Park in McKinney
- Mantua in Van Alstyne

I'm keeping everything close to home this year so I don't overdo it.

❤️ **I already have one session scheduled for October 18th!**

Before I officially open up booking, I want to see how many of you are interested.

I would absolutely LOVE to see all my returning families, hug your kiddos, meet some new faces, and capture those memories again this fall. But I also know I need to give myself some grace this year. I may not be able to fit everyone in, and that's hard for me because I truly love what I do.

I have gone back and forth on posting this, but I wanted to share a little bit of what has been happening in my life lately.

A few weeks ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It has been a whirlwind of appointments, emotions, treatments, and trying to process a reality I never expected to face. I have officially started chemo, and while this season is going to look a little different for me, I want you all to know this is NOT goodbye.

Photography has always been so much more to me than just taking pictures. It is people, connection, love, memories, and telling stories that matter. Even in the middle of all of this, I still love what I do with my whole heart.

Because of treatment, I will be slowing down a bit over the summer to focus on healing and taking care of myself. But as of right now, the plan is to be back and fully running by Fall, and I fully intend to continue capturing all the beautiful moments for you all.

I appreciate every message, prayer, booking, share, and ounce of support more than I could ever explain. Truly. This community means the world to me.

Thank you for sticking with me through this chapter. I cannot wait to come back stronger on the other side of it. 🤍

Today I had the honor of capturing these two saying “I do” 🤍 From the moment I met them, you could feel the love between them. Their beautifully blended family may be a little wild, but it fits together so perfectly—and you can see just how much the kids adore them.
With everything going on in my life right now, this session meant more to me than I can even explain. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of it.

I got to take this guy’s family pics in the fall, and now I got to take his senior photos… and that alone means so much to me 🥹
I love that he’s a photographer too, but even more than that—he is the sweetest soul.
I’m really going through it right now, and at the end of our session he told me he would be praying for me… and I almost completely lost it. You just never know how much a moment like that can mean 🤍
This one I’ll never forget.
