I posted this earlier today but Facebook did not show the whole image. i hope this one shows the full length.
Even after the once mighty oaks fell, a lone rebel twig shows its symbol of defiance against the never ending pressure. And makes its own little waves. This will be available next week as a limited edition signed print in 15”x30” size. Stay tuned.

Another one from Macon last week

Shot this while doing black and white in the back streets of Macon, Ga last week. I have been shooting a lot of Black and White film lately in 4x5in, 6x7cm and 35mm.
This one is called "Alley Cat"
I will be teaching a Black and White FILM class this Summer. Several different classes using vintage cameras from the Camera Museum collection loaded with different black and white films.

I was accidentally locked out on the roof of the Georgian Terrace Hotel in Atlanta right after I made this one. Bride and Groom were both Russian and spoke very little English. I gave direction for this shot with hand gestures and body movements.

This is just a simple image from a wedding in Highlands, NC from 2005. But, it was made in total darkness. I could not even see the couple. Camera-Fuji S3Pro. Lens- Nikon 24mm. Exposure-16 seconds at f 3.5 ISO 400. This bride was on season 1 of the TV show “The Apprentice”. At the reception were gift baskets from Donald Trump and Martha Stewart.
