A Friendly Reminder from PrimeTime Lens.

I understand that sports seasons come to an end, uniforms have to be returned, and parents want to get their athlete’s photos taken before that happens.

However, your last-minute urgency does not mean I automatically have availability.

I do my best to accommodate everyone, but I also have existing bookings, deadlines, and a family of my own.

Being unable to squeeze someone into an already FULL schedule is NOT bad customer service. And THREATING me with a bad review because I cannot accommodate your request is unfair and unnecessary.

I will not rearrange appointments for clients who planned ahead to accommodate someone at the last minute.

I love what I do, and I truly appreciate everyone who supports my business. But please remember, I am one person running a small business, and my time deserves respect too.

Setting boundaries is not bad customer service. 🖤📸

Thank you to everyone who understands and respects that!
