There are many elements to a strong presence. Let's zoom in on visual media as that's our specialty:

1. Videos need to sound good. There is nothing worse than bad audio.
2. Videos need to have a clear pacing - no one wants to sit around wasting their borrowed time.
3. Videos need to have a clear visual language. AKA they need to look good. Here is a before and after of the color grade. Not all color grades should be so dramatic, it depends on the purpose of the video.
4. Videos need to have a clear message. What do you want them to do?
