I had an opportunity to take some photos of this great commercial space today when showing it to a buyer. Did you know that this property was built in 1860 and was once a bank? Walking upstairs, I could see the offices that once were in place housing the president and vice president of the bank and the board members during that time when banking was big commerce. Picture the horses hauling people to the bank in their dresses and suits to fade away to automobiles with diagonal parking. How how cool if walls could talk!

Are you looking to level-up your next event by offering a photo booth? This product will give your guests a fun option to print out their favorite photos to remember your event. Packages will include paper to print up to 100 photos as well as the option to scan the QR Code to your guests phones. We will set the photo booth up for the event and will pick it up afterwards. We are looking to start within our local area to keep the travel costs down.

Reservations will be open soon. $200 will be due at time of the request and the remainder will be due 7 days prior to the event.

Did you know that we have standard backdrops and a large stand that can also be rented out? Some props are currently in stock as well. This set up does not include the ability for printed photos or a QR code.

Doing something a little different today...photographing a new VRBO that will be available September 1st in Mayville. This cozy 3 bedroom property is spacious and offers a large lot within close proximity to Chautauqua Lake and the Village of Mayville and will be available year-round. So many amenities! We will share the listing here in the comments once it is live.

Check out this image I took of a phone in a nealy 100 year-old house I was showing this past weekend. The house screamed everything 1920s from the custom woodworking and built-ins (including this nook for a phone) to the original hardwood floors and the wall sconces. Man, I loved everything about that house and the 1920s brick are my fav! If you're looking for a house to buy or sell, I know a person....

Beautiful Peegee Hydrangeas at an open house today. This is part of the charm of the property.

"Peegee hydrangeas are fast-growing shrubs that generally reach four to ten feet in height with an equivalent spread. Due to their size, be sure to leave plenty of room between these plants when putting them in your landscape. They bloom from mid to late summer through early fall."
