Our latest project is in full motion. New enclosed 40' Boat / RV storage, Boat / RV outdoor Paved Parking, Drive up Self Storage and Climate Controlled Storage at this site. We started renovating the old Clydes Grocery store in Aberdeen Ohio late this summer. Roof has been replaced, the interior has been painted, 4 acres has been fenced and gated along with the earth work to make way for 2 additional Boat / RV storage buildings. New exterior and interior metal for the original building will be arriving in late November. We will be giving this building a new facelift and improving the image of this property since as it has been vacant for years. Stay tuned more to come over the next few weeks.

It has been a busy week in Flemingsburg KY. 1st of 4 buildings was delivered and unloaded. Mass excavating is complete. Building pads are on final grade and rock is going down on the pads. Foundations starting this week. Watch for the concrete pour videos coming soon.

The weather cooperated some this week in Flemingsburg KY. Moving dirt and starting to get building pads on grade. Steel buildings will arrive soon!

We are excited to announce that we are expanding and building a new location in Flemingsburg KY. This will make our 3rd location. 150 new Climate Control and Drive Up Storage along with outdoor parking complete with automatic gate access, 24hr rental and high resolution security cameras. More information coming soon. For now take a look at what it will look like.

Our new 10,000 square foot addition at the Tucker Drive location is almost complete. Adding lights, cameras, touching up the gravel and we will be ready to go with temperature controlled and drive up units in this building.
