The 100% AI generated photos of Christmas mini hay bale setups is really getting out of control. If you book photos this year, please make sure the scene is a real image of real stuff. Or ask if it’s a backdrop (like my Christmas minis). As a photographer, this is slowly destroying the reputation of this industry. As a client, it is simply misleading. This shouldn’t be a debate.

Please book with photographers who actually take the time to complete their setup in person and take real photos of their setup. Photographers, if you don’t have the time to do this, then maybe you should reconsider hosting minis. I am honestly outraged and I am SHOCKED to see the amount of photographers defend their reasoning for posting *STOLEN* AI images of Christmas set ups. Putting words into chatgbt and having it create an image for you, IS NOT YOUR WORK.

The number one question I get about my business is if I do photography full time. The official answer is yes! I think that surprises people that this is my main and only source of income and it honestly surprises me too. And I could not have gotten here without the word of mouth from my amazing clients, friends and family. When I ask people how they found me, about half of the time it's from a client who told them about me. This makes me feel very grateful and I wish I could thank everyone personally. I appreciate it so so much.
I want to do a giveaway soon for anyone that follows me. I know facebook hides my posts, but I'll try to keep sharing it so everyone has a chance to enter. Not sure how or what i'll giveaway, but stay tuned!

I’ve been getting scammed a lot recently by people who seemed interested in a shoot. While it’s entertaining to waste their time, I just want other people to know to never accept someone giving you a hard time with Venmo or Zelle. Never click on any texts or links via email. For this reason I only accept secure deposits through my website. 😁
