Hi there!
First and foremost, thank you for stopping by my page. If you’re new here or have been following me for years, I want to express my gratitude. Social media has its ups and downs but here, on my page, it’s all about the love. I will always share my work and any tips on how I achieved certain shots or even locations. I’m no gatekeeper!
A little more about me…..
I will celebrate 20 years of marriage this year. My daughter is off to college in the fall and my son is learning to drive. My precious fur baby now has a grey face but he’s still my baby. He’ll be 13! We sit down and have dinner together almost every night. We have a no phone rule at the table so we actually talk and listen to each other. It’s not every night but as much as possible.
I shoot Newborns, Families and Seniors - no events. My policy is that I wont shoot anything I can’t redo if something happens lol. I cannot handle the stress of a wedding or event!
My focus is in my photography is on connections and relationships. I want you to look back at our photos together and be able to revisit the same feelings you had at that time in your life. I care less about outfits and locations and more about you feeling relaxed and enjoying your time with me.
If I’m not shooting or spending time with my family, you’ll find me at yoga or in the gym. I have been a yoga teacher for 2 years and enjoy lifting heavy in the gym 💪
My garden is another source of joy for me. I think about it all winter and strategically plant each spring. Right now I’m growing 3 kinds of lettuce, peppers, jalepeno, herbs, carrots, apples, cucumber, radish, green beans, snap peas and potatoes! I also bake sourdough - becuase, obvi.
When I’m not working on a playlist, I’m either listening to a true crime podcast or working on my French lessons.
I am a true believer of the power of the universe, so if you’re here, it’s because the universe brought us together.
That’s me in a nutshell.
All the best,
Jules
