Client Transformation Spotlight: Charlsie Trahan

Charlsie began her journey at Centerstage Fitness alongside her husband, Josh Trahan , at the end of January 2025. She started at 161 lbs, and by the Porter Classic on October 11th, she stepped on stage at 157 lbs — showcasing an incredible body recomposition.

In just a few months, Charlsie built over 26 lbs of lean muscle while dropping 29 lbs of fat, completely transforming her physique and overall look.

This was her first ever bodybuilding show, and she absolutely crushed it. Now she’s officially hooked — and we’re already back in the lab working to bring an even more complete package to the stage next year!

Centerstage Athlete Spotlight: Carrie C Steltz 💪🔥

It’s been a few years since Carrie last stepped on stage, but her passion never faded.
Balancing long hours at work made it tough for her to fully dedicate herself to maintaining her signature Figure physique — but now, she’s back and more focused than ever.

We started a little late in prep for the Porter Classic, so Carrie decided to jump into the new GBO Fitness Model class just to get back on stage and reignite that fire.
She brought confidence, class, and conditioning — and walked away with 1st place in her division. 🥇

Now it’s back to the lab as we set our sights on her return to the Figure division, where she truly shines.
