My first born turned 10 yesterday!

Something about that digit just hits differently. I remember looking back when I was a new parent and thinking parents with 10+ year olds are just so much "older". Not necessarily in terms of years but in terms of knowledge and perspective and the weight of time passing as they watch their babies grow up.
☺️🥲
And here I am. 10 years into parenthood and I definitely feel older 😉 but also so much wiser, so very blessed to have been able to raise a child for 10 years (pretty successfully I think 😅) and have been taught so much from him in return.

I am so grateful for this little man of mine. He has come such a long way in 10 years and it just makes me more excited to see who he is becoming with the passing of time. Although I wish I could have him back in my arms as a little wide eye baby, I am forever thankful to watch him grow up...But it sure does just make me want more babies 😉

I always encourage family to participate in every newborn session! While I know everyone might not be feeling "photo ready" after such a whirlwind of welcoming home a new baby, I cannot say enough (from personal experience) how priceless these memories are.

Motherhood has a way of changing everything..not all at once, but in the quiet, ordinary moments that somehow become the most meaningful like a little boy tucked safely between his parents. The anticipation of meeting the newest love of your life while still holding tightly to the family you’ve already built.

Their son brought so much personality and tenderness to the session, proudly stepping into his new role as big brother while staying close to mom and dad the entire time. Those in-between moments are always my favorite: the cheek kisses, tiny hands wrapped around a growing belly, and the quiet excitement shared between parents as they prepare to welcome another baby into their arms.

In honor of Mother’s Day, sessions like this are such a beautiful reminder that motherhood is not about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about creating a home within your embrace long before your baby ever arrives and the love that grows alongside your family.

To every mother in every season — expecting, experienced, exhausted, joyful, growing, and healing — this day is for you.

A week ago, Celleste turned TWO!
🤩🎉
On her birthday we decided to do her birthday smash as a family to make it a special day and boy did she LOVE it. We had so much fun and so understood the assignment to a tee. I will forever cherish these memories!!

I do so many different themed setups and I was struggling to think of what I was going to do for Celleste 2nd year and then it hit me. Strawberries! After all she is my little strawberry blonde fire child that was hours away from being born in a strawberry field.

We went strawberry picking the day before this smash/her birthday again this year, the same thing we did exactly 2 years ago the evening before she arrived at our favorite spot - then I made this cake with our fresh picked strawberries for her smash which made it all the more special.

It's birthday season over here and my girls are just growing up. I can't believe it's been seven years since this little firecracker came into our life. The one that made me a girl mom which I always dreamed of being...

With being the middle child and having that aries 🔥, she is so similar to me sometimes it's wild. She is spicy and sweet all in one. She is the one that has tested our limits beyond what my first born ever did but is truly just a little mama at heart and completed me in ways I didn't know I needed. I cannot wait to see what seven brings!

I feel like I'm living each moment fully but also feel like everything is moving so fast I can't keep up! But I wouldn't change anything in the world.

Time. Slow. Down.

How is my littlest baby already two?! Time is a crazy thing and there's nothing like watching your babies grow up right in front of your eyes before you even realize what's happening.

So here's to this spunky & sassy girl. She sure is a wild one! So incredibly headstrong, so incredibly sweet, and so incredibly smart. She is for sure the craziest of all my kids, keeping us on our toes CONSTANTLY. But I wouldn't change it for the world.

So thankful for the precious life I've been trusted to raise, even if she drives me crazy sometimes 😉 can't wait to see what this next year brings!
