Where the heart is : Family Films West Michigan and beyond Family Filmmaker + Photographer. I take home video to the next level with creative and emotive cinematic films about everyday life.

While I mainly serve families, I do births and weddings as well. This new endeavor is near and dear to my heart. My goal is to capture lasting memories of your growing families in a documentary and fun style.

We also bet on an incoming storm to pass on the way to the beach and had me almost crashing out just to end up with perfect skies, wind, the whole she-bang!

I’ve been off work for almost 2 months for a surgery, and I jumped back on the wagon last week with a family film and two newborns, also released my 2026 calendar so I’ve been doing a ton of emailing and it’s weird working so much 😜 But who could even start to complain when the faces I get to stare at are like this? Sometimes in home light just totally works and this is what happened here. The chances of sun during winter in homes is like 5% lol, so we lucked out! Feeling refreshed for 2026 💪🏻
