Branding photography is about so much more than taking pretty pictures. 📸

Absolute Homecare and Medical Staffing needed marketing images that truly reflected their business and the services they actually provide. I took the time to coordinate models, find the right home location, capture images at their office, and photograph staff headshots — all over a two-day session.

A Little More About Jaime

When I’m not at the agency, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, Jeff, and our family. I’m a proud Michigan girl, a Gobles High School graduate, and someone who truly loves being part of the community I call home.

I’ve always believed that relationships matter. Some of my favorite moments—both personally and professionally—come from sitting around a table, having a conversation, hearing someone’s story, and finding a way to help.

I’m also a big believer in giving back. Whether it’s supporting local schools and organizations, volunteering, mentoring young people, or simply showing up for the people around me, I believe that when you’re fortunate enough to be part of a community, you have a responsibility to help make it stronger.

And then there’s the fun stuff. I love traveling with my family, spending time at the lake, discovering new places, and making memories with the people I love. Life gets busy, so I try to soak up the good moments whenever I can.

At the end of the day, I’m just Jaime—a wife, mom, business owner, community member, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

I built The Flees Agency because I wanted to create something that feels a lot like me: personal, welcoming, hardworking, and always focused on doing the right thing for the people who trust us.
