I get asked this question a lot:
βHow did you get into bo***ir photography?β
The truth?
I never expected to become a bo***ir photographer.
Iβve been in business officially since 2017, but bo***ir didnβt become part of my world until about 2020. I had admired the genre from afar for years but held off because I didnβt yet feel experienced enough to do it justice. It felt bigβimportant. And it is.
Eventually, I took the leap. I started going to workshops, learning how to pose different body types, understanding lighting, expression, movementβand most importantly, learning how to make women feel safe and seen.
Thatβs what changed everything for me.
Because once I started offering bo***ir sessions, I saw something I couldnβt unsee:
The emotional reactions.
The joy.
The self-love.
The tears.
The transformations.
The women who walked into my studio one way⦠and walked out standing taller, smiling brighter, feeling more like themselves than they had in years.
Thatβs when I fell in love with it.
Bo***ir quickly became one of my favorite genres to photographβnot because itβs βsexy,β but because itβs real. It shows women that they are more than they think. That they are beautiful, powerful, and allowed to love who they are right nowβno matter what season theyβre in.
If someone had told me years ago that this would be my work today, I might not have believed them. But now I canβt imagine doing anything else.
