Chicago Through My Lens

I recently traveled to Chicago for work, and of course, I couldn’t resist bringing my camera along. Between capturing the iconic architecture of the Wrigley Building, the city lights sparkling from above, and the daily rhythm of Chicago’s streets, the city offered endless inspiration.

Of course, no trip is complete without some deep-dish pizza and a chance to unwind with my camera by my side.

What I love about photography is how it allows me to capture not just places, but the feeling and energy of a city. Chicago gave me plenty of both — a vibrant, dynamic, and full-of-character city.

Switching Gears

I don’t usually shoot cars, but sometimes it’s fun to step outside the usual and try something different. At a recent Caffeine and Fuel meetup in Cincinnati, I had the chance to capture everything from modern power to vintage classics — each one telling its own story through chrome, curves, and color.

Whether it’s the sleek lines of a Lamborghini, the timeless elegance of a Porsche, or the bold character of American muscle, every car had its own kind of personality.

Sometimes photography is about exploring new subjects and perspectives — and I have to say, this was a blast.

Some favorites from a Cap & Gown + graduation photo session this past spring! From celebrating school pride to capturing that “just about to start the next chapter” glow, these moments are some of my favorite to photograph.

Senior sessions are all about personality, milestones, and memories that will last a lifetime — and this one was full of all three.
