Thank you to all the MYBSA coaches & parents!

I’m finding out that some families have not received their digital pictures! Please let me know if that is the case! Here is the Tball link again that has been out there for a month! I’m sorry to those of you that haven’t received it!

As for prints, the majority have been passed out. There are a few (namely 15U that are at the baseball fields concessions that are there for pick up. Coaches contacted you directly if that was the case).

MYBSA Digital galleries have all been sent out! If you haven't received the link, please let me know! We have been working on print orders and those are arriving throughout this week and early next week! They will be given to the coaches to distribute at a practice or game.

📣PSA to Mason Youth Baseball & Softball Coaches, Parents/Guardians:

Ravyn Martin and I have enjoyed doing pictures for the Mason Youth Sports for the past several years! 🥎⚾️🏈⚽️

Each year, we try to make improvements from the year before. This year, we were asked by the MYBSA board to not do pictures on opening day. In an effort to work with everyone’s extremely busy schedules, including our own, we determined we needed to at least do the team pictures on opening day since all the teams would be there that one day and that day only! 😅

As for individuals, we have allotted time around each team’s planned practices. We have shifted to studio style so we can control light (and temperature) and be more creative in the final images. We are doing our best to meet the needs of everyone while capturing the players in a way that can be treasured for many years to come! 🤩

We want everyone to be happy but realize we can’t please everyone - no matter what way the picture taking process is done. This is the way it’s happening this year but if you have strong opinions on how you prefer it’s done, it never hurts to let us & the board know so it can be reevaluated next year! Until then, let’s all…
