6:50 AM October 13th. It was cloudy and raining lightly. A golden glow was appearing on the horizon as the sun began to rise. I figured I might catch the sun for a short window if it poked through the clouds. I took out my drone and flew into the sky. What I saw blew me away.
This was the most beautiful sunrise I've ever captured with my drone. Golden hues to the east, a double rainbow to the west. Pink and purple clouds in every direction. A spectacular display of God's artistry.
