Before your session, I’ll send you a basic questionnaire that will help me know a little more about you and the type of session you’d like to book. Knowing the style you’d like to achieve, wardrobe choices and location ideas will give me an idea of how to build your session. ce it, when you get to talk about what you love, a smile comes naturally! Your session fee covers my time and talent during the actual session as well as careful attention to detail as I edit the images included in the session you choose (which I deliver in both color and black and white). Each image is hand edited and basic touch up of blemishes and such is included, but if there is major touch up required, an additional $5.00 per image may be charged. I have transitioned to delivering your image files via digital download, which is included in your initial session fee. After your images are ready for download, you will have 2 weeks (14 days) from the time your notification is sent to download your files. After that, the gallery will be removed and a $10.00 fee will be charged to retrieve your files from our archive. If you prefer, a USB drive is available for an additional $15.00, or you can provide your own at the time of our session and I will load your images onto it. After our session, your images will be loaded into a private online gallery so that you can preview them and choose the ones you’d like to purchase. The service I use is very user friendly and has a beautiful layout for you to view your images. Once you have reviewed them, you’ll just need to choose the images you want as part of your initial fee, but if you would like to purchase more than is included in your package, you can purchase the files for an additional $10.00 each. You also have the option to purchase professional prints through His Fingerprint, the pricing can be found under “fine art prints” here on the website. You will receive your image files via digital download, along with a print release form so that you can order them at your convenience. If you’d prefer a USB drive, the pricing will be added to your session fee. I suggest using MPIX.com as a high quality consumer lab, or if you would like, I can order from the professional lab that I use. I also design and create heirloom quality portrait jewelry! Check out the “Etsy” link at the top of the page. When you contact me to book your session, a 25% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date/time. I will send you an invoice via PayPal for that amount and once that payment is received, your session will be added to my calendar. His Fingerprint Photography reserves the right to change a location if there are lighting or safety issues. You will also have a release form and liability waiver to complete before the session begins. Sales tax of 8.308% will be added to all products and services.
