I can’t believe my baby boy Maverick is 7 years old 🥹

it feels like yesterday we picked up a severely malnourished and underweight puppy from the rescue. He has grown so much in the past 6 1/2 years both physically and mentally. Even now, he’s still coming out of his shell more and more.

One thing that will never change: he LOVES the snow, and lots of it! ❄️

Maverick is the best hiking buddy a girl could ask for 💜

He loves exploring as much as I do and doesn’t mind stopping to just enjoy the sounds of nature. We came across the cutest raccoon foraging for berries and a herd of deer, and Mav stood silent allowing us both to observe their peacefulness.
