- Current Role: Special Education Paraprofessional, Teays Valley Local Schools

Kassandra credits her time at Tri-Rivers with helping her discover a passion for working with children and preparing her for a rewarding career in education.

She gives a special shout-out to Mrs. Wixtead, whose encouragement and high expectations helped shape her future.

"Mrs. Wixtead was always pushing me to my fullest potential. I credit a lot of what I do in my current job in Special Education to her. She helped me discover so much love for Early Childhood Education."

Earlier this month, our Tri-Rivers FFA Chapter spent time at the Morrow County Antique Tractor Show, helping at the ticket gate during the Truck & Tractor Pull and enjoying some of the action!

Tri-Rivers was proud to showcase several tractors students rebuilt, restored, and repainted in our Diesel & Power Equipment Technology lab. 🔧 Displaying these projects gave students the opportunity to share their hard work and skills with the community!

Thank you to the Morrow County Antique Tractor Association for inviting our students to be part of the event and providing another great opportunity to learn, serve, and represent Tri-Rivers!

🥖 Fresh from the kitchen at Tri-Rivers! Our Level 2 Bakery & Culinary Arts students at the high school have been working through their bread unit with Chef Hamm, putting their skills to the test as they prepare traditional sourdough bread and artisan baguettes.

They continue strengthening their culinary skills and gaining valuable kitchen experience with each new recipe!

Vaccines recommended for Pre-K/Kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade students will be available. Most insurance plans are accepted, and no one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Our Vet 2 students are helping welcome the new Vet 1 students by mentoring and modeling proper animal care. Students are learning animal care responsibilities by maintaining clean, healthy habitats and following proper feeding procedures. And “Beans” the Ball Python is happy to be back at school, too! 🐍

🎓 Class of 2003
- Home School: Ridgedale High School
- Tri-Rivers Program: Culinary Arts
- Current Role: STNA of 22 years and proud Gigi to two beautiful grandchildren

For Gail, Tri-Rivers was more than a place to learn; it was where lifelong friendships were formed. She fondly remembers being part of the "BOB Squad" (Best of the Best) and says many of her classmates are still among her closest friends today.

She also credits Chef Hamm for helping her reach her full potential.

"Chef Hamm was an amazing teacher. She was hard on me because she knew I could do great things. There are too many wonderful memories to list, but Tri-Rivers was some of the best years of my life."
