One thing I love most about photographing families is getting to watch them grow through the years. 🤍 This time around, the Bender family added another sweet little boy to the crew, and goodness… he absolutely LOVED the camera! 🥹📸

Their summer session was full of sweet smiles, little moments, and so much fun. I’m so thankful to continue capturing their family and can’t wait to watch these sweet boys grow year after year! 🤍

two weeks until TWO✨

this birthday feels a little different, because not only are we celebrating another year of our sweet briggs, but we’re also soaking in one of the last chapters where it’s just been you, our first baby.

for almost two years, you’ve had our whole world wrapped around your little finger. you’re the one who made us mommy & daddy, the one who taught us a love we never knew existed, and the little boy who changed our entire world the moment you entered it.

and now, as you get ready to turn TWO, we get to watch you step into the sweetest new role, a big brother.

there’s a part of my mama heart that wishes I could freeze time right here. before you get another year older, & before our family grows. but i’m so excited to see you enter this chapter.

briggs taylor, no matter how much our family grows or how big you get, you will always be our first baby. our briggy boy. the little boy who made us a family.

There are some people who come into your life for a season, and then there are the ones who somehow stay connected through every chapter. 🥹

Parker and I go all the way back to middle school. We spent most weekends together, laughed way too much, and definitely argued over who was getting the extra cheese quesadilla at lunch. Never in a million years did I think we’d grow up, raise our own little boys, and now celebrate this exciting season as she and Aaron plan to tie the knot💍

Their engagement session was everything you could hope for, filled with laughter, sweet moments, effortless love, and the most perfect evening. These two make loving each other look so easy, and every photo reflects the joy they share.

Getting to capture milestones like this for people who have been part of your story for so long is one of the greatest gifts of this job. Parker & Aaron, thank you for trusting me to preserve this chapter. I cannot wait to continue to capture your love over the next year✨

Newborn sessions usually aren’t something I take on often, they’ve never really been my specialty. But when one of my returning families welcomes a new little one into the world, how could I possibly say no?

Sweet Lincoln was the tiniest, sweetest little guy, and it was such a joy to capture these first precious moments with him and his parents. Watching families grow and getting to document each new chapter is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

As many of you know, we are expecting baby #2 in October, which means fall minis will unfortunately not be available this year. Because of that, I wanted to open up summer minis as a fun way to capture your families, kiddos, couples, and special moments before the busy fall season arrives!
