Visibility without direction just puts you in front of more of the wrong people faster.

There was a point where the calendar was full and things looked good on the surface. But something was off. The work was coming in but it was not aligned with where I was trying to go.

Being busy is not the same as being on track.

What I learned:
There is power in the word: 'No'. You hold it.

Know what you are building before you start filling the calendar. The right clients find you when you are clear about who you are actually for.

Low light in the sanctuary is not a problem once you understand your settings. 🎬

Knowing how your camera responds in a dark environment, what lens you should use, and where your limits are before Sunday arrives is what separates footage that looks intentional from footage that just looks like something went wrong.

The settings were always there. It just takes someone walking you through them.
