Now Hiring: Booth Manager – Traverse City Horse Shows

Natalie Suto Photography is looking for a reliable, hardworking Booth Manager for the full Traverse City horse show circuit.

This is a great opportunity for someone local to Traverse City who enjoys the horse show environment and wants to be part of a fast-paced media team.

Position Overview:
The Booth Manager will be responsible for keeping our daily operations running smoothly throughout each show day. This role is essential to helping our photographers and editing team stay efficient.

Responsibilities Include:

Sorting and organizing photos throughout the day
Uploading images to our editing team
Assisting photographers with memory cards, batteries, and day-to-day needs
Bringing water/snacks/supplies to crew members when needed
Helping keep the booth organized and running efficiently
Assisting customers or riders who stop by the booth

Requirements:

Must be available June 3 – August 10 and September 3 – September 21
Work days are typically Wednesday–Sunday, with a few Tuesdays
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to stay for full show days
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills
No experience required, but horse show knowledge is highly preferred
Must be local to Traverse City area

Compensation:

Starting at $15/hour

Additional Details:

There is a scheduled break in the circuit from August 10 – September 2
Hours are based on the length of the horse show and may vary week to week
No photo editing required!
Must be comfortable around horses.
Will receive ample training prior to show start
