I had the best time photographing Harper and Katie for their senior cap & gown session at UGA. We started at 8am, and the light could not have been more perfect, but honestly, they made it even better. So kind, so easygoing, and just an absolute joy to spend the morning with.

Getting to know them made it even more special, both are in the same sorority as my daughter (at a different school), and Harper is even from a town we used to live in before moving to Atlanta. Such a small world!

Wishing these two amazing ladies all the success and happiness as they step into their next chapter.

Sunday’s adventure: five back-to-back cap and gown sessions, a quick change in my pop-up tent for a reception, hair and makeup in the car… and realizing I left my shoes at home. I always get asked what to wear with jeans to make the outfit more fun. Here are a few suggestions to help you style them!

Add some variety to your outfits, and even though jeans can make photos feel more casual, it’s always nice to pair them with a top that dresses the look up a bit. It keeps the outfit stylish while still feeling comfortable and natural in your photos.
