Do you want a for your dog?

Each month I feature a different breed (or breed group) or species of pet for a chance to win a free on location session and 5 web sized images. The prize package does not include any print products, but the winner will have the opportunity to add them on if desired. Runner up prizes may be awarded at my discretion.

June's Breed is the Rescue Dog!!! Anything goes as long as your dog comes from a rescue background! Purebred or mixed breed are welcome, I just want to hear all about your pup and your special bond!

Do you like getting goodies in the mail? Are you nervous about having a lump sum of money to put down for photos? The Portrait of the Month Club is for you! Pay your session fee up front and make a smaller monthly payment for 12 months to receive 12 8x10 photos matted and ready to go into the 11x14 frame of your choice. When you finish your 12 months, you also receive web sized digital images from your full gallery! It's a great deal and gives you the option of breaking up your purchase over a full year without waiting to finish your payments before you get your goodies!

The signs of aging can creep up on us... a few new grey hairs, slowing down on the stairs. Vets estimate this girl is around 10 so hopefully she has plenty of time left but a couple of health scares made it more evident that she is past her prime and every moment matters. She still models like a champ though!

It's never too late to get the wedding photos you deserve! Taylor & Cody didn't get all the pictures they wanted from their wedding, so this second chance opportunity for a styled session at Vintage Valley Weddings was the best of both worlds! I love all these moody and magical moments!

How gorgeous were these two? Vintage Valley Weddings is such a lovely venue! We snuck outside for engagement style photos with Brittany & Emily away from all the wedding decor and I think the simple beauty offered by their outdoor spaces is just as perfect as indoors!

Take the photos.

We all worry "we wont want to see them like that", but I assure you, you will. Take every single photo you can.

Photograph the way their hand grips the sheet while they sleep. Photograph the way their completely unruly eyebrows look like great horned owls preparing to take flight.
Photograph the first peaceful sleep brought about by the holy gift that is morphine. Photograph them whether they are at home surrounded by rowdy family or quietly awaiting what comes next with only one or two people beside their hospital bed.

Just photograph them, or call me to photograph them, because forever is a long time and you will want every. single. memory you can get. Do not let concerns of money stop you, I will do everything in my power to make sure you have the memories. Please just reach out.
