DJI DRONE OPERATORS:

When downloading DJI AUTHORIZED UNLOCK ZONES in restricted areas, be sure that your CONTROLLER is properly logged in to your DJI account. Controllers typically remain logged in, but this can reset sometimes and unlocks cannot be imported to your drone in this state.

DRONE TIP OF THE WEEK:

Beware of fishing lines hanging from tree limbs over lakes. Fisherman who snag their lines in trees will often just cut the line, leaving it hanging. Aircraft sensors will not detect the line and it can easily become tangled in a prop.
IT HAPPENED TO ME - and the limb and line was over the lake water! Ending the flight would have put it in the water, and lost forever!
Always walk the perimiters of lakes prior to flight there, so that you KNOW that there is no such hazard.
I will post a future video on how I managed to get out of that dire situation - and ultimately saved my drone!
