I have ALWAYS LOVED summer☀️ Like, without a doubt, it always has been my favorite season!
And I still love all the summer things… but living somewhere where the seriously cruel heat lasts for basically FOUR MONTHS without a single day of mercy… is sometimes A LOT 🥵
Every summer, there’s always that ONE day when I’m like… “You know what? I miss 75° weather. I miss being able to walk outside for more than 5 minutes without completely melting.” 😂
Today is that day!!! 😂🙋‍♀️
Remind me of this post when November comes and I’m complaining that it’s too cold. 😅🍂

Because yes, I’m a branding photographer… but I’m also here to help you create content, show up online, and make your brand actually feel like YOU.
Apparently, I’m a woman of many talents 😂
I can:
- Walk on a treadmill in a long dress and heels
- Hold several pieces of content-creation equipment at once while walking on treadmill
- Record a reel with zero help while walking on treadmill
- And somehow still finish recording with all my teeth intact 😁
Yes, I had to stop the treadmill, grab props, and jump back on again by myself each time 🤣 Also treadmill is operated by remote control and you may be wondering where I was hiding the remote…🤡

Before every photoshoot, I collect ideas in my head (and on Pinterest😅)✨
The more I know my client, the more I know what matters to them, what they love and what makes their brand THEM.
And when it came to Calyn, I knew one thing: her perfectly organized closet is her happy place😂 So obviously, we HAD to get a few shots in there.
The only problem? The light in this gorgeous room is… not exactly my best friend. And I’m a natural-light girlie. ☀️
So we started with the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, etc., and when it was finally closet time… the light decided to cooperate. 🙌
We got about 15 beautiful minutes in there and THIS is probably my favorite image from the entire shoot 🤍

Proof that yes, I plan your photoshoot ahead of time… but I’m also very willing to let the light boss me around. 😂📸
