Is it better to have good photos produced or to have a great client experience?

My aim since I started doing consultation meetings back in 2014, before a client booked was from consultation, to shoot prep, and the day of the shoot to keep my clients excited about the experience. I’ve had clients whose kids were not excited about their photos leave the greatest reviews after and actually had fun during the shoot. So, if you’re new or struggling, reassess your goal and process. If you’re focused on a great experience the results and clients will keep coming.
