This past week in North Carolina 🍁

A collection of images from my first ever trip through the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina. I knew this area was gorgeous, but I could never have prepared myself for how in awe I would be with each new stop through these fantastic mountains. Already looking forward to coming back to explore more of this place! Which shot is your favorite (1-7)?

The Preserve Golf Club 🌲

If you’ve been looking for nature-centered golf in Mississippi, there may be no better place than The Preserve. Designed by former tour pro Jerry Pate Design and opened in 2006, this is southeastern golf on the highest level from the time you arrive at bag drop. With 18 holes weaving through towering pines and Mississippi wetlands, it just might be one of the most underrated golf destinations in the southeast 👌🏼

When I think about the best autumn sunsets I’ve seen, my mind is always drawn back to this particular night in the Elk Mountains high above Aspen. I vividly remember this day and the excitement I felt leading up to this sunset, after spending the morning shooting the fresh snowfall in Crested Butte and checking the conditions for the day, there was almost no option but to head to the north side of the Elks to catch this monster sunset over the never ending aspen grove at the base of Capitol Peak. Scenes like this one stick with you longer than you realize in the moment which makes them all the more special 👌🏼

Chasing those Utah reds 🍁

A collection of favorites from the ever so colorful and beautiful Wasatch Mountains standing tall over Salt Lake City. Late September here sure is a photographers paradise when the maple leaves hit their peak 👌🏼

Seasons clash in Crested Butte 🍂❄️

There may be no combo of the elements in nature more beautiful than a fresh snowfall over peak autumn colors. This particular morning was spent running around the valley for hours capturing as many images as possible before the afternoon sun came back out, and it’s arguably the most beautiful fall morning I’ve experienced. Crested butte is special this time of year no matter the conditions, but a morning like this one stays with you 👌🏼

Colorado color palette 🎨

A few favorites from one of the most beautiful and colorful forests in America, the never ending aspen grove of Kebler Pass. At its peak, there truly is no place quite like it!
