It's been a while since I've shared something here, but I wanted to come back with something I think is worth talking about. ❤️
Every so often, I get asked some version of:
“Why are you more expensive than other photographers?”
It's a completely fair question. Photography prices can vary a lot, and from the outside, it isn't always obvious why.
So rather than simply answering that question one person at a time, I decided to write about it.
I put together a new blog post explaining what actually goes into professional photography—from experience and equipment to the hours of preparation, editing, backup systems, insurance, business expenses, and everything else that happens behind the scenes.
More importantly, I talk about the value of what you're investing in—not just the price of a photography session.
