Lisa is a portrait, lifestyle and fine art photographer, a light seeker and storyteller. Having lived in New York, London, Hong Kong and Melbourne, she has worked with many different people and cultures. She has a knack for connecting with each of her subjects to capture authentic portraits and moments. In addition to her own photographic endeavors, Lisa successfully licensed thousands of pictures

around the world as an International Licensing Manager for Getty Images, an International Syndications and Licensing Manager for Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper group and 100 year old archive. She also worked as Syndications Manager for Australian Consolidated Press (now Are Media Pty Ltd) in New York, representing several Australian magazines including Australian Women’s Weekly, Woman’s Day and New Idea. Understanding the power of visual messages, Lisa continues to work with all sorts of clients to create images that enhance their brand, company or product. She also enjoys donating her skill and insight so that non-profit organizations can leverage impactful photography to build awareness and help with fundraising efforts. Lisa loves to travel and explore new places. In addition to people portraits, Lisa is drawn to capturing flowers--especially cherry blossoms! She considers herself lucky to have the most amazing husband and kids in the world, who reluctantly yet graciously, serve as subjects for endless photographic experiments.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of photographing a music producer who was not only Gregg Allman’s longtime manager and dear friend, but also the producer of the documentary "Gregg Allman: The Music of My Soul."
And let me tell you… we had FUN with this session. 🔥
We created a variety of looks, expressions, and moods to give him portraits with the personality and versatility he needed as he promotes the film, which is currently screening at performing arts centers around the country.
I love sessions like this—the stories, the people, the creative collaboration, and the opportunity to create portraits that feel like the person, not just a picture of them.
Yep. I really do love my job. ❤️

I got to work with the most beautiful group of humans for a Seton Hall Magazine cover story!
These four are “Linked for Life” after each selflessly donating a kidney to a loved one or even to a complete stranger.
My role was to help capture their inner light, strength, and beautiful, compassionate hearts. It was an honor to create these portraits and hear the incredible stories behind them.

I've had the privilege of working with this incredibly talented artist for several portrait sessions through the years. Born from curiosity and guided by intuition, Rachel Arturi Pruzan's paintings and wall sculptures are her emotions and inner world laid bare. The result is organic, distressed, and soulful.

Her work challenges perception of material. Using natural elements like Fire and Water, it celebrates wabi-sabi, a Japanese philosophy embracing the beauty of imperfection and impermanence in nature.
