The one thing about shooting outdoors is that nature can sometimes drastically change a venue…sometimes seemingly overnight. I used this location twice in one week, and the landscape was completely different in both sessions. But we embraced the change and made it work!!! I truly have the best of the best as clients.

Usually it’s the parents of my seniors who I’m reassuring that their emotion during a session is definitely more of a norm than an anomaly. It’s a hard thing to watch a piece of your heart get ready to soar. I have two of my own getting ready to spread their wings this next year. As I’m adding names to my books for this fall, I’m realizing that I may be right there with some of the parents during their sessions. I’m so incredibly excited for this year. But it’s for sure going to tug at the heart strings a bit more than usual. I sure do love what I do.
