This week has pulled my heart in a few different directions.
A recent ruling protecting AI created content proves the law is not keeping up with the ever changing and rapidly expanding AI and its misuse.
I have strongly considered not sharing any images of young children on my page. On the other hand, I'm mad because photographers and innocent families are not the problem. We deserve to share the beautiful images we create, memories we capture. We deserve to share with family and friends who don't get to see our daily lives.
I have always asked for consent both verbal and written before posting images of children, and will continue to do so. If you do not want images posted, I completely respect that. I don't know that it's my place to make a blanket decision for all families. But know that protecting your privacy and children is my top priority.
